18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, or other content, appearing on or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
All content on this website is original content produced by Exotic Niche (the "Producer") or by performers under a written agreement with the Producer. Before any production, each performer's identity and date of birth were verified by examination of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document, and each performer signed a performer agreement, consent and model release.
With respect to all visual content appearing on this website, the records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the following Custodian of Records:

Exemption note (for the site owner to decide with counsel): Some depictions may not constitute "actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) and may therefore be exempt from 2257 record-keeping. Regardless of whether any exemption applies, Exotic Niche verifies the age and identity of every performer and keeps those records.
Exotic Niche does not accept uploads from the public. Every video is produced by Exotic Niche or by verified performers who have signed an agreement with Exotic Niche.
