Motorola Razr 60 is launching their phone sale on June 4th. Motorola after its comeback has designed major phones which are breaking some barriers. As we know, in the budget Motorola is the first phone to introduce flips and stylus pens. Let us see the first impression of the Motorola Razr.
Design and build quality of Motorola Razr 60:
The major change in the previous generation is colors and back panel materials are changed. Previously the phone had only leather but now we have different backing finishes. Marbel finish, leather finish, and nylon finish. Motorola is a partnership with Pantone colors.
Motorola Razr 60 built with aluminum frame and the hinge is titanium. The secondary screen is protected with Corning Gorilla glass Victus and inside main glass is protected with Ultra-thin glass. The phone is just 7.35 mm thin and weighs 186 grams. While coming to folds the phone has SGS certification for more than 5,00,000 folds.
On the right side of the phone, we have both volume button and power button, and fingerprint sensor is mounted on this. On the left side of the phone, we have sim tray. Top we have a secondary microphone and bottom of the phone we have a primary mic, type-C charging slot, and speaker grill.
The phone has dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and spatial audio and head tracking audio support. The Phone only has an IP4 rating of splash.
Display of Motorola Razr 60:
The Motorola Razr 60 has 6.9-inch 10Bit LTPO OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate with 3000 peak brightness. The display has HDR10+ and L1 support so we can see HD content. The display has smart water touch support such that we can use the display with wet hands.
While coming to outer screen of 3.6-inch 10Bit pOLED with 90Hz refresh rate. It also has HDR10+ support and 1700 peak brightness.
Performance of Motorola Razr 60:
Motorola Razr 60 is powered with MediaTek Dimensity 7400X which is designed to manage the general usage, but gaming is not good in the phone because the performance of the phone in gaming is not too good. The processor only has LPDDR4 RAM support which is an older version.
The processor is better for multitasking and daily life tasks and for binge watch. But while coming to gaming in the phone is not a good thing.
While talking about the outer screen of the phone which is the performance and productivity booster. 90% of the phone controls can be done through the outer screen of the phone. So, we need not open entire phone for doing simple tasks.
Software:
The Motorola Razr 60 comes with Android 15 out of the box. Motorola provides 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security updates.
Motorola gestures are working like shaking to light and tilt shaking to open camera. But the call dialer is googling dialer which make announcements when we are recording a call.
Moto ai 2.0:

Sketch to image is another feature which converts our imaginary sketches to image.
Playlist studio in collaboration with amazing music we can create our own songs by giving the niche and prompt.
Perplexity integrated with Motorola which can be used in google chrome, where the Perplexity AI summarize the entire content. Voice notes are another feature.
And on this phone specially we have always displayed IA icon on screen where we can easily access all the AI features with single touch and use it as we want.
We have AI gestures on the phone to control the camera. To some gestures we can control camera recording. By showing palm, we can start recording and by closing the palm we can pause the video recording, again by opening palm we can resume it.
Battery:
Motorola Razr 60 comes with 4500mAh battery. The battery is okay because this is a flip phone we cannot expect more than this. The moderate usage of the phone easily lasts an entire day.
The phone has 30Watt fast charging support, we can charge the phone 51 minutes to full.
Cameras:
The Motorola Razr 60 has 50MP main camera with OIS and 13MP ultra-wide and Macro lens. And the front camera is 32MP.
But all the flip phone users use the main camera as selfie camera to get the best pictures. As 50MP main uses to click selfie images.
Motorola has great image processing which gives the best images. On all 3 cameras we can record 4K videos.
The main camera has the best quality with vibrant colors and details, and ultrawide has good dynamic range.
Conclusion:
This is an amazing phone under 50K with good features and flip experience. This phone is for gentle users, as we see the phone only has IP4 rating of splashes and there is no dust resistance and water. So, the phone is delicate when compared to other phones. AI features and gestures are usable features. My first phone was a Motorola really miss till now those gestures to do some simple tasks. So Gentle and non-gaming users can purchase this phone.
